TIM ELLIS & SUE-ANNE WEBSTER are truly unique. Two magicians, a married couple, who have won more awards for their mind-blowing magic than any other Australians in history.

At the 2001 ‘Fechter’s Finger Flicking Frolic’ magic conference in New York they were voted the ‘Most Valuable Participants’ from a group comprised of 200 of the world’s very best magicians, and in 2005 Hollywood’s Magic Castle nominated them ‘Lecturers of the Year’.

In 2006 the ‘Dictionnaire de la Prestidigitation’ was released and Tim and Sue-Anne were the only two living Australian magicians to be profiled in this world history book of magic spanning the centuries – along with Orson Welles, Houdini, David Copperfield and Siegfried & Roy.

Tim has escaped from a wooden crate at the bottom of the Yarra River, while Sue-Anne has eaten piranha fresh from the Amazon. Tim has been buried alive, while Sue-Anne has climbed to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Tim has been awarded many titles including ‘Best Stage Magician in Australia’, ‘Best Close up Magician in Australia’, and is the only Australian ever to win twice at the FISM World Championships of Magic. (Switzerland 1991 & Japan 1994).

He has also run many magic courses and magic schools and has written extensive teaching manuals on how to perform magic more effectively. Tim also created the improvised magic theatre games known worldwide as ‘MagicSports’.

Sue-Anne has also been voted ‘Best Stage Magician in Australia’. She studied acting at The Studio in Sydney, The Australian Playhouse Studio, and also trained in Theatrical Effects, Pyrotechnics, Latin Dance, Puppetry and Mime.

Sue-Anne is the President of ‘The Australian Institute of Magic’, and the only Australian to be included in ‘Historias de Magas Antiguas y Modernas’, an international history book profiling the great and prominent female magicians throughout history.

She is also the only woman in the world to ever be chosen as ‘Official lookalike’ for IDreamOfJeannie.com.

Together, they have performed many times at Hollywood’s famous Magic Castle, they’ve lectured to fellow magicians at The Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, and headlined at The Grand West Casino in Capetown, South Africa.
